“I have just moved into a new house and didn’t realize that it came with a few wasp nests in the eaves and attic. When I called Humboldt Termite & Pest Control, they were booked out 2 weeks out as this is a busy time of the year. I was feeling panicked about waiting as I am deathly allergic to bee stings. When I shared this with Shawlyn, the receptionist, she immediately called her technicians in the field to see if they could fit me in. Marcus Jones was at my doorstep an hour later. He was professional, knowledgeable and effective. He removed the nest cleanly and sprayed all of my eaves as preventive measure for future nests. He is passionate about what he does and enjoyed answering my questions. Not only did he make sure that the job was well done, but he also prioritized our connection. I am very grateful that I called this company to deal with my wasp issues.”

They stood by their original quote even though there were more wasps nests than I thought.
