FLEAS

Prior to Treatment

Clean Thoroughly and Reduce Clutter by Organizing and Arranging Articles. We want to be able to treat as much of the carpeted areas as possible. Focus on the pet bedding, rugs, carpeted areas and furniture (such as couches and chairs).

For faster and better results from the treatment:

  • Mop any floorings
  • Clean the carpets. If you are going to steam clean your carpets, clean them before we treat your home

  • Wash or discard your pets bedding
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas, couches and any other furniture
  • Very important! Discard the vacuum bag in an outside trash container

The objects that can be moved, should be moved 4 to 6 inches away from the walls to facilitate treatment of the baseboards, etc.

After Treatment

  • Do not vacuum your floors for the first 24 hours
  • Do not return to your home for 4 to 6 hours after treatment
  • Don't be alarmed if you continue to see fleas for up to two weeks after treatment. These fleas are newly hatched, and once exposed to the treatment, they will be eliminated

BED BUGS

Prior to Treatment

Clean Thoroughly and Reduce Clutter by Organizing and Arranging Articles. Focus on the bedrooms and living room couch areas - where you sleep or sit for extended periods.

For faster and better results from the treatment:

  • Steam-Clean, Wet-Vacuum, Vacuum or Shampoo any carpeting and mop any flooring
  • Vacuum the mattress at the crevices, handles, & buttons
  • Similarly clean the box spring, bed frame, baseboards and other objects and flooring near the bed
  • Discard the vacuum bag immediately in an outside trash container

The objects that can be moved, should be moved 4 to 6 inches away from the walls to facilitate treatment of the baseboards, etc.

After Treatment

Please, expect that the bed and it's components as well as the couches and the sofas may be left in the treated location and orientation to facilitate the drying.

If possible, arrange for better ventilation in the rooms to be treated, e.g. by opening windows a bit or setting up a fan. This will dry the treatment faster and the bed will become usable sooner. Have a pair of clean bed-sheets ready for use.

Do not return to the treated area or room for 6 hours after treatment.

Do not use any cleaning agents and / or insecticides on the treated surfaces and objects as that will degrade the effectiveness of our treatment.

The treatment does not instantly kill off all the BedBugs anywhere and everywhere in the treated structure. It will take at least 3 to 5 weeks for the BedBugs to gradually die off. It is so because BedBugs are affected only when they come into contact with the treated surfaces. And as they do not feed on a daily basis, it may take a few weeks for all of them to be eliminated. During this period it is expected to see live BedBugs. They will die in a few hours after coming in contact with the treated surfaces.
